Technogym Fitness Equipment
  • There is always room for you on one of our 150+ strength and cardio machines with personal entertainment systems. They all connect to your private wellness cloud app so you can set goals and crush them.
Steam and Sauna Locker Rooms
  • Wind up and wind down in our luxurious locker rooms featuring towel service, steam room, and sauna.
Towel Service
  • Cool off after your workouts with our free towel service!
Wellbeing Assessments
  • Each membership comes with 3 complimentary wellbeing assessments to customize your exercise and lifestyle plan. A trainer will touch base every 3 months to keep you on track with your goals.
Indoor Aquatics Center
  • Build endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness while taking some of the impact stress off your body. Our aquatics center serves all fitness levels and age groups through methods of injury rehabilitation, swim instruction, water safety classes and much more.
  • Family Pool: Zero Entry, 82–84-degree Fahrenheit, Maximum depth = 3.5 feet, Water slide, fountain feature, and Nano Wall to outdoors
  • Therapy Pool: 88-degree Fahrenheit, Maximum depth = 4.5 feet
  • Lap Pool: 6 lane, 25-meters, 78-degree Fahrenheit, Maximum depth = 5 feet
  • Whirlpool: 102-degree Fahrenheit, Accommodates up to 8 people
Indoor Track & Turf
  • Stay cool as you train on our 440-foot indoor track or 60-yard turf field.
Indoor Gymnasium
  • Pick up a new skill or enjoy cardio fitness based hobbies from basketball and volleyball to pickleball and badminton in our indoor gymnasium.
Child Watch
  • Child Watch provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children while parents participate in wellness programs. Physically and cognitively engaging activities promote true wellness through fitness, science, arts and crafts, games and special projects. Child Watch is included with a Family membership.
Group Exercise Classes
  • From Pilates to boot camp, Les Mills to Chopra yoga, our Group Exercise classes fit every age and fitness level. Discover true wellness of mind, body and soul through the 100+ group exercise classes we offer included in every membership.
LES MILLS® On Demand Group Exercise Classes
  • Les Mills Virtual workouts combine world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivational movements. Our virtual classes are updated every three months with new choreography and music, just like our in-person classes. Les Mills Master Trainers lead the workout, and you are invited to use our studio equipment, space, and community to further your results.
EDGE Recovery Room
  • Complimentary access to the EDGE Recovery Room on our 3rd floor. Reserve a spot 24 hours in advance on the LNPC app to take full advantage of our Theragun & Hyperice Vibration tools, foam rollers, Hydrocollator Heat Pads, and Normatec Compression boots.
Kids In Motion
  • Kids aged 6-12 years have the option to participate in our Kids in Motion Programming. Kids in Motion offers age-appropriate programming in a safe, secure, supervised environment. This scheduled programming takes place in the ROX Climbing Gym, the Sport Court, Sports Performance track, Aquatics Center, and yoga studio. Kids in Motion is included with a Family membership.

  • Every month join our free educational conferences where up to 10 speakers discuss the latest information that will help advance your health and wellness journey.
