







We offer over 120 classes a week to choose from that fit every age and fitness level! LNPC is proud to provide LES MILLS® classes as a part of our group exercise schedule in addition to introductory classes to our signature Chopra Mind-Body Zone practices.

Aqua Fit
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.
Aqua Restore
Aqua Restore is an aqua yoga and meditation class. The water can add support and make other positions more challenging. This class is for everyone looking to increase their range of motion, flexibility, and strength in a super low impact way.
Aqua Hydro-Jump
Hydro Jump is an aquatic fitness program that incorporates trampolines that are designed specifically for the water environment. It gives you the opportunity to do more plyometric type exercises, delivering a higher intensity workout with very little impact. This equipment allows you to enjoy the multiple benefits of water exercise, combined with coordination and fun: reduced stress, muscle relaxation, blood flow stimulation, and water massage.
Aqua Zumba
Combining the Zumba philosophy with vigorous aqua exercises this is one pool party you don’t want to miss! The water’s resistance cushions your feet, knees and back as you dance the class away! Classes are held in shallow water (chest deep) for a great low-impact but challenging workout.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong: ("chee-GUNG") is a component of traditional Chinese medicine that combines movement, meditation, and regulation of breathing to enhance the flow of “qi”, our vital energy in the body. The rhythmic movements of Qi Gong are reported to reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a noncompetitive ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements that benefits health and longevity. Tai chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system and are traditionally believed to have mental and physical health benefits.
Mat Pilates
A mat-based class to strengthen your body's “powerhouse,” (abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes). For 60 minutes, engage in intentional Pilates exercises to aid in improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and posture - all while increasing mind body awareness.
Myofascial Release & Stretching
In this 45 minute mat-based class you will use your own body weight with various props, such as foam rollers and tennis or lacrosse balls, to massage away muscle soreness in trigger points and prepare your muscles for deeper stretching.
Zumba Gold
The design of Zumba Gold introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!
Perform Balance
A low to no impact class that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for all of life's activities. Participants may use body weight, light to medium weights, elastic tubing, and a small training ball to twist, push, pull, hinge, squat and lunge to become stronger, more flexible and balanced. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This class will improve overall balance and longevity.
Intro to Flow & Restore
Ground your body and calm your nervous system with this combination of heat-building poses followed by replenishing restorative postures to eliminate excess air and movement in your system. This class will leave you feeling steady, focused, centered, and grounded. All levels are welcome.
Intro to Yoga & Pilates Fusion
A total body core-focused class that combines fundamental Pilates mat exercises with the mindfulness of yoga. This class incorporates body weight strength with frequent use of the yoga blocks and the Pilates ring and mini ball to build controlled stability and flexibility. Move mindfully as you connect to your inner and outer core strength!
Intro to Chopra Vinyasa Yoga
An all levels class for members seeking to elevate their yoga practice. Chopra Vinyasa incorporates the elements of the signature Chopra Yoga class with vinyasa flow, to create a dynamic whole body yoga experience. This class will lead you to evolve your yoga practice through safe and playful exploration.
Intro to Chopra Meditation
Introduction to Chopra Meditation includes an educational class on the benefits of meditation, tips to meditate, and explanation of mantra meditation. The class session is followed by a guided group meditation.
Barre Above & UpBeat Barre
Barre is workout that blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga. We focus on muscular balance, awareness of breath and alignment of the spine. This is a full-body experience, and can specifically build strength to ease or prevent back pain. You won't have to worry about high impact moves like jumping and instead, focus on the different exercises at a slow and deliberate pace. A regular barre practice improves muscular definition, flexibility and posture.
Cycle
Indoor cycling classes are as challenging as they are exhilarating. Benefits of a class include weight loss, improved strength, and endurance. Cycle is a low impact form of exercise that is easy on your joints, but heart-pumping and endurance building. Move through a series of jumps, climbs, sprints, and accelerations with our amazing instructors. Enjoy high energy music and coaching in our state of the art studio. 30 minute class includes warm-up and brief cool-down/stretching.
Zumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Total Body Strength
Total Body Strength is purposefully designed to provide a full body workout using high repetition and light to moderate weights. You will be instructed through a variety of exercises that will help you build lean muscle and increase muscular endurance.
Lower, Upper & Total Core Strength
Lift weights and feel stronger in your body. We often use circuits, intervals, or beat-based methods to maximize your time strengthening your lower body, upper body, and core. You can stay for one class or stay for all three (30mins each) to get the ultimate strength work out!
Lengthen & Strengthen
Lengthen & Strengthen is a bodyweight class that will test your balance, breath and concentration. The instructor will guide you through a series of poses, stretches, and exercises to elongate and train all muscle groups. Modifications always available making these classes great for all fitness levels.
Les Mills BodyAttack
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to athletes. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Les Mills BodyPump
BODYPUMP® is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
BODYCOMBAT® is a high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you to UP the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.
Les Mills CORE
Les Mills CORE® is inspired by elite athletic training principles, CORE® is a scientific core-strengthening workout for that supports every day functional living. You will build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at movements in daily life.
Les Mills BodyStep
In a BODYSTEP® workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.
Les Mills RPM Cycle
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is total body workout that aims to incorporate cardio and strength-based exercises. High energy music and a motivating instructor will challenge your body and push you to new limits! Our bootcamp class is circuit based and incorporates HIIT training principles.
Surge Fit
SURGE FIT is the energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High intensity cardio tracks that push fat burning systems into high gear are intertwined with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results. Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate and muscles surging to push you to your personal best.
Surge Strength
Surge Strength is a high-rep, targeted, ALL weight training workout - set to music you know and love! Muscle focused, strength training tracks, using dumbbells, strengthen, shape and tone every muscle in your body for a fun and powerful full body workout that will leave you feeling lean and strong!
Les Mills On Demand
Les Mills Virtual workouts combine world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivational movements. Our virtual classes are updated every three months with new choreography and music, just like our in-person classes. Les Mills Master Trainers lead the workout, and you are invited to use our studio equipment, space, and community to further your results.
