PROGRAM DETAILS

Zumba

An exhilarating Latin-inspired cardio dance class, Zumba mixes low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. This is an exhilarating total body workout that combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Multi-level.

Barre Fusion

A dynamic combination of ballet, pilates, yoga strength, and cardiovascular training will sculpt your body and get results. This class offers a total body workout for every fitness level, age, and body. Every participant will feel challenged, successful, and empowered. We will learn to be aware of what is right for our own bodies to get optimum results. We will improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and fitness.

Les Mills: BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT® is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Les Mills: BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP® is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Thrive

A low to no impact class that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for all of life's activities. Participants may use such equipment as light to heavy weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a small training ball to twist, push, pull hinge, squat and lunge to become stronger, flexible and more balanced . Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Bootcamp

This class will get your blood pumping and your energy rising! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance speed, power, and strength. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you will be reaping the benefits long after the workout has ended!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat Pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit provides a mixture of general fitness, range of motion, cardio and resistance training, ending with a segment of relaxation and stretching. Aqua Fit offers traditional aquatic cardio and strength exercises, as well as core and balance training.

Tai Chi

A graceful form of exercise that teaches a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.

Qi Gong

Qigong is a system of coordinated physical postures, movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. This ancient Chinese practice is designed to promote health, spirituality, and physical fitness.

Strong Nation

Strong Nation is a total-body workout where every move is synced to the beat. This program was designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and tone your abs, legs and glutes. Your journey to total-body transformation starts with this class

Surge Fit

SURGE FIT is the energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High intensity cardio tracks that push fat burning systems into high gear are intertwined with targeted, weight training tracks to shape and tone your body for maximum results. Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate and muscles surging to push you to your personal best. Feel the surge!

Long Haul Cycling

In this longer class, you will work mostly in zone 3, with charges into zone 4, and short pushes up to your threshold FTP (Functional Threshold Power). Having longer zone 3 and 4 efforts are key to building muscle endurance and power, During this instructor designed class you will also work on specific cycling skills such as pedal stroke, body alignment, breathing, etc. Let the music guide you as you train your mind and body for The Long Haul.

Belly & Bum

If your are looking to strengthen your back and your belly, then train your bum. An active bum will improve core strength because it is the foundation of the core. Great core strength, naturally activates every time you move, keeping your lower back and bum happy. Light weights, bands, and a core training ball may be used in class as you abduct, bridge, plank and even bicycle your way to stronger foundation.

Free Style Cycling

This class is all about your instructor having freedom to create a class that follows any style of ride. Will it be a a class full of climbing of sprinting, HIIT or holding steady? The fun is the unknown and the ride will leave you wanting more.

Les Mills: BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Les Mills: CORE

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE ™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

Les Mills: SPRINT

Les Mills SPRINT® is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Pilates Mat

A mat-based Pilates class to strengthen your body's “powerhouse,”(abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes). For 60 minutes, engage in intentional Pilates exercises to aid in improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and posture - all while increasing mind body awareness.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.

High Fitness

Aerobics is back! BIGGER, BETTER, HIGHER! High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way and the world is taking notice. Think old school aerobics made modern -- with fun music you know and love! You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally and leave this class wanting more because it is so much fun!
