The radiant Chelsea Ann is back in town to share a unique workshop with us in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone.

Shamanic Energy Life Flow (SELF) a novel fusion of Q’ero Peruvian techniques and experiences ranging from practices in the high Andes to those of indigenous sound healing and yoga. We will experience moving moments physically, spiritually and sonically in this session while learning methods to apply contextually meaningful segments to our everyday lives.
