Using Movement as Medicine

Understanding the body and how to use movement as a mode of overall well being through improved range of motion, stability and coordination as well as pain relief and stress reduction. We will discuss the body using a joint by joint approach, cover the three planes of motion and techniques to help alleviate stress and pain during exercise and every day life.
This class is open to all community members. You do not have to be a member of LNPC to attend!
