Our Orlando aquatics programs help with fitness, recovery, and safety:

Intro to Adult Swim
If you’ve always wanted to conquer the water and learn how to swim, our Intro to Adult Swim program is the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some basic swimming skills, Yvette Class, our certified instructor, will guide you through a structured curriculum that focuses on water safety, stroke development, and building confidence in the water. With our supportive and encouraging environment, you’ll soon be gliding through the water with ease and enjoying the numerous benefits of swimming for fitness and relaxation.
