Join Julie for a Summer “Soul”stice Sun Salutations class on the LNPC outdoor turf in celebration of International Yoga Day!

• Free class for LNPC members and the community!
• Please bring yoga mat, towel, water, and wear sunscreen.
• No registration necessary.

All participants are welcome and encouraged to attend 8-8:30am Chopra Meditation in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone prior to the yoga class.
