Family Yoga Class

February 18th, 11:30am-12:30pm, at Lake Nona Performance Club in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone

Develop a strong bond with your little ones in this family yoga setting. You will practice yoga poses to uplift each other and connect with one another. For ages 5 and up.

• Complimentary for MBZ Members.
• $25 per family for LNPC Members.
• Registration opens February 11th on the LNPC app. Please only register 1 person per family.
• Flex passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops.
