Family Yoga Class

February 8th, 12:30-1:30pm

Develop a strong bond with your children in this family yoga setting. You will practice yoga poses to uplift each other and connect with one another. For ages 5 and up.

• Complimentary for MBZ Members.
• $25 per family for LNPC Members.
• Register on the Technogym app or call 407-216-5672. Please only register 1 person per family.
• Flex passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops.
