Journey Into Headstands

Join Marlene for a power flow designed to open your shoulders and strengthen your core as we prepare your mind and body for the empowering journey into headstand. In this workshop, we will use the assistance of the aerial silks to invert. You will learn modifications and mastering the art of safely entering and exiting your inversions.

• Free for MBZ Members, $20 for LNPC members.
• $30 for non-members.
• MBZ & LNPC members can register on the Technogym app.

• Flex passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops. 

No headstand experience necessary to attend. Preferably have attended at least one aerial class prior.
