April 26th – Celebrating Earth Month with Tina
Join us this Earth Month for nature-inspired offerings that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and root into the Earth.
- Forest Bathing, Mindful Nature Walk: 9:00-10:30am
- Grounding Yoga with Essential Oils: 11:30-12:45pm
For Forest Bathing, please wear comfortable shoes. Meet by chairs outside MBZ no later than 9am.
- Free for MBZ Members
- LNPC Members: MBZ Drop in ($15 each offering)
- Non-members: $40 for MBZ Day pass and access to both offerings
