Earth Day Acro Yoga
April 22nd, 5:00-6:30pm on the LNPC front lawn
with guest instructor Juliana Larochelle
Come learn the Acro Yoga basics. We will start this workshop with a partner warm-up and acro game, then teach beginner acro poses, and close the workshop by putting it all together into a flow.
No partner or prior experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
