One of the most important things we can do for a more balanced lifestyle is to create daily self-care rituals or routines. In this workshop, you will learn practices that will help you cultivate a lifestyle to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. When you learn and start to practice these Ayurvedic rituals, you will experience more joy, love and peace in your daily life. Self-care equals self-love.
