Free for all Chopra Mind-Body Zone members. Please register 54 hours prior to event date on the LNPC app. Space is limited.
Every ability is welcome. Gentle practice, focusing on increasing flexibility, strengthening the body, and calming the mind. Explore the benefits of seated yoga postures, using a chair and other props to increase body awareness. Learn micro-movements, small details to bring the whole body into focus. Discover your personal mind-body connection with gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation.
