Yoga for the Summer Season

As the temperatures rises outside, it is important that we adjust our yoga practice to help balance out the excess heat. In this workshop, Julie will share a cooling rhythmic flow, where we will embody the water element to soothe and replenish. Take a dive into summer coolness!

• Free for MBZ Members, $30 for LNPC members, $40 for non-members.

• Flex passes and guest passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops.
