Perform Ignite is our functional fitness based, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), circuit style training class. It incorporates a fusion of interval, strength and conditioning equipment to deliver a smart, challenging and rewarding full body exercise session. Each class is taught by one of our degreed and certified personal trainers and are small group based, with spots for 16 people so you are offered a more tailored approach to your workout.
2 Perform Ignite classes per week are included in all LNPC memberships. All Perform Ignite classes are located on our 3rd floor Turf and are able to be reserved on the LNPC app 54 hours in advance of each class.
