1) CHILD WATCH (included with Family Membership)
Services are provided for ages 2 months – 12 years. The area is divided into age-appropriate sections including infant, toddler, and school-aged pre-teens. We provide age-appropriate physical, and cognitive engaging activities to promote true wellness.
- Ages 2 months – 12 years Child Watch included with Family Membership
- Open Monday-Friday: 8am-1pm, 3-8pm | Saturday-Sunday: 8am-1pm
- Age appropriate physically and cognitively engaging activities
- 780 square feet including a half court energy-burning fun zone!
2) KIDS IN MOTION (6-12 years, included with Family Membership)
Kids in Motion offers age-appropriate programming in a safe, secure, supervised environment. The goal is to help children develop motor skills, coordination, balance, and fitness through activities like running, jumping, dancing, and playing games.
- Ages 6-12 can register for scheduled programs throughout the facility including:
- CLIMBING ZONE: Rock Climbing in ROX Climbing Gym
- SPORT ZONE: Activities in the courts such as volleyball, basketball, badminton, and pickleball
- FIT ZONE: Activities in the Group Exercise studio
- SPLASH ZONE: Swimming in the Family Pool
- ZEN ZONE: Yoga for kids
3) TEENS IN MOTION (10-13 years, included with Family Membership)
Teens in Motion structured activities are geared towards engaging tweens and teens in a positive and dynamic way while focusing on physical activity and social development that is appropriate for their age group.
- Ages 10-13 can register for scheduled programs throughout the facility including:
- SPEED SCHOOL: Learn the skill of speed through proper mechanics and application from Coach Lutisha Bowen, former UCF All-American and Olympic Qualifying Sprinter/Hurdler.
- WEIGHTLIFTING: Learn proper, age appropriate lifting techniques in an environment that promotes body positivity, self-esteem, and teamwork.
- TEEN YOGA: Develop the tools for balancing the mind and supporting healthy growth and patterns in everyday life.
- ROCK CLIMBING: Elevate climbing technique through the development of balance, body positioning, and route reading.
Our Child Watch and Kids/Teens in Motion have a secured check-in/check-out system and all team members are CPR certified. Reservations are available to guarantee a spot during your favorite workout class.
4) FOUNDATIONS OF ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT (13-18 years, optional addition to your membership)
Elevate your game with our specialized youth classes designed to improve overall athletic performance through targeted skill development. Each class will focus on a certain athletic skill, building a well-rounded, athletic foundation through proper development for each athlete.
- SPEED & POWER PERFORMANCE: Focuses on the power and explosive movements that translate to speed and agility.
- STRENGTH PERFORMANCE: Total body strength training program focusing on proper strength development.
- SPEED SCHOOL: Teaches the skill of speed through proper mechanics and application.
