Slow Flow Yoga
Slow flow yoga is a mindful movement, breath focused practice. Slow speed vinyasa welcomes all levels of practitioners to give poses a chance to work by slowing everything down. Foggy minds become focused and alert to increase productivity; moreover, slowing the mind and body elicits a peaceful disposition to help you feel good!
Wall Yoga focused on form with a therapeutic system of straps, bars and swings. Very releasing class for the spine.
This 60 minute anti‐gravity full body practice releases tension in the hips along with decompression of the spine. This class will take place in aerial silks followed by soothing Savasana.
Yoga Sculpt and Detox
Release tension and toxins while stabilizing your core and bringing your mind & body into a relaxed neutral state of being. This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and cardio.
A signature 90 minute Yoga class that offers a relaxed & rhythmic flow, designed to release the need to compete in our practice and instead just be present. This class starts with a few minutes of cooling breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. This class places emphasis on twisting, side‐body bends, and postures that create compression on the solar plexus to purify the body, while also relaxing the mind. Finishing class with an extra-long Savasana that leads into a guided meditation, encourages the release of stress and surrender to the current moment.
A signature 90 minute Yoga class focused on calming the nervous system with grounding yoga poses to reduce stress and anxiety. A deliberate and slow‐paced flow with emphasis on mindful awareness, restorative yoga poses, and intentional balancing postures. This class begins with a few minutes of calming breath work (pranayama) and a long deep Savasana at the end of class leads into a guided meditation.
A chance to restore our body, senses and mind to our natural function. Through this guided meditation we welcome the moments of profound transformation and release of stored emotions. This is a great practice to restart your day in 30 minutes.
The reformer is an apparatus that is used as a part of a Pilates exercise session, which utilizes springs and pulleys in order to optimize safety while promoting the length, strength and function of the muscle.
Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body- aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods. Bolsters and other props assist in helping you to hold your poses for longer periods of time.
Relax into a 40 minute yin yoga practice using movement and breath to cultivate calmness in the mind and body in preparation for a deeper spiritual practice. Followed by a 20 minute yoga Nidra practice to soothe your spirit. This practice promoting deep relaxation of our bones and muscles also lowers blood pressure and stress hormones and improves immune function.
A tune‐up for your mind and body! You, including your mind and body, deeply affected by the resonance of sound, can be "tuned" and harmonized with the help of intentional sound waves. Through the healing sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and Tibetan gongs, allow yourself to be carried away, leaving you feeling restored and uplifted.
Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. It is a mind and body practice used for reaching a state of awareness without thinking on thoughts.
A different kind of dance class. No steps. No choreography. In this 60 minute class, you gather to just dance and abandon yourself to the rhythm and move freely as the music guides you. The music, chosen intentionally, will take you on journey of the mind and body. Also, it's a great workout!

Stretching and Myofascial Release
Ever wonder how to use a foam roller? Or even a tennis ball to release muscle tension. In this 60 minute mat‐based class you will use your own bodyweight with various props, such as foam rollers and tennis or lacrosse balls, to massage away muscle soreness in trigger points and prepare your muscles for deeper stretching. Increase flexibility and reduce pain by learning techniques that can be easily taken home with you.
A dynamic combination of ballet, pilates, yoga strength and cardiovascular training that will sculpt your body and get results. This class offers a total body workout for every fitness level, age and body. Every participant will feel challenged, successful, and empowered. We will learn to be aware of what is right for our own bodies to get optimum results. We will improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and fitness.
