Chopra Yoga


A signature 75-minute all-levels Chopra Yoga class that incorporates Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga to help you experience greater health, joy, and peace in your life. This hatha/vinyasa hybrid class begins with a few minutes of breath work (pranayama) and chakra balancing at the end of class leads into a guided meditation. All skill levels welcome, variations will be provided.

Calming Yoga


A signature 75-minute all-level Chopra Yoga class focused on calming the nervous system with grounding yoga poses to reduce stress and anxiety. Enjoy a deliberate and slow-paced flow with emphasis on mindful awareness, restorative yoga poses, and intentional balancing postures. This class begins with a few minutes of calming breath work (pranayama) and a long deep Savasana at the end of class leads into a guided meditation.

Soothing Yoga


A signature 75 minute Chopra Yoga class that offers a relaxed & rhythmic flow, designed to release the need to compete in our practice and instead just be present. This class starts with a few minutes of cooling breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. This class places emphasis on twisting, side-body bends, and postures that create compression on the solar plexus to purify body, while also relaxing the mind. Finishing class with an extra long Savasana that leads into a guided meditation, encourages the release of stress and surrender to the current moment.

Invigorating Yoga


A signature 75 minute Chopra Yoga class with energizing & inspiring flow sequences. Rapid movement creates heat in the body from the inside out and will increase circulation, release stagnation and help let go of what is no longer serving you. This flow-focused class begins with invigorating breathwork (pranayama), fast-paced sun salutations, and heart-opening postures all intentionally to invigorate the body. Savasana closes class and leads into a guided meditation intended to spark creativity in the mind.

Yoga Sculpt and Detox


Release tension and toxins while stabilizing your core and bringing your mind & body into a relaxed neutral state of being. This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and cardio.

Candlelight Yoga


Relax into a 40 minute yin yoga practice using movement and breath to cultivate calmness in the mind and body in preparation for a deeper spiritual practice. Followed by a 20 minute yoga nidra practice to sooth your spirit. This practice promoting deep relaxation of our bones and muscles, also lowers blood pressure and stress hormones and improves immune function.

Yoga Nidra


Yoga nidra is a chance to restore our body, senses and mind to our natural function. Through this guided meditation we welcome the moments of profound transformation and release of stored emotions. This is great practice to restart your day in 30 minutes.

Aerial Yoga


This 60 minute anti-gravity full body practice releases tension in the hips along with decompression of the spine. This class will take place in aerial silks followed by soothing Savasana.

Wall Yoga focused on form with a therapeutic system of straps, bars and swings. Very releasing class for the spine.

30 minute guided breathwork (pranayama) class. Breathwork is an active technique that allows you to disconnect from the mind, brings you into your body, and connects you to a deeper state of well-being. Several different breathwork techniques will be shared during this class: grounding, soothing, and invigorating pranayama practices.

Chopra Meditation


In this group meditation, practicing Chopra's signature mantra meditation, you will be guided to quieter and quieter levels of the thinking process, until you slip beyond thought to discover inner stillness–the inner stillness that has been hidden by layers of stress, fatigue, toxins, doubts, fears, and confusion. Mantra meditation, the ancient practice of repeating a word or phrase multiple times, is a technique used to create an improved state of well-being - both personally and collectively.

Aerial Meditation


Elevate the way you meditate! Relax into the Aerial hammocks while you are guided into a deep meditation. Sound healing with crystal bowls at the end of the class adds to the transcendent experience.

Dance Medicine


A different kind of dance class. No steps. No choreography. In this 60 minute class, you gather to just dance and abandon yourself to the rhythm and move freely as the music guides you. The music, chosen intentionally, will take you on journey of the mind and body. Also, it's a great workout!

Sound Healing


A tune-up for your mind and body! You, including your mind and body, deeply affected by the resonance of sound, can be "tuned" and harmonized with the help of intentional sound waves. Through the healing sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and Tibetan gongs, allow yourself to be carried away, leaving you feeling restored and uplifted.

A rigorous workout blending elements from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Focuses on the core muscles that balance the body, awareness of breath and alignment of the spine. Great class to workout multiple areas of your body, and can specifically build strength to ease or prevent back pain. You won't have to worry about high impact moves like jumping and instead focus on the different exercises at a slow and deliberate pace. A regular bar practice improves muscle definition, flexibility and posture.

Stretching and Myofascial Release


Ever wonder how to use a foam roller? Or even a tennis ball to release muscle tension. In this 60 minute mat-based class you will use your own body weight with various props, such as foam rollers and tennis or lacrosse balls, to massage away muscle soreness in trigger points and prepare your muscles for deeper stretching. Increase flexibility and reduce pain by learning techniques that can be easily taken home with you.
