A foundational track in the PERFORM System. It is built upon the approach that achieving an individual’s optimal state of health is dependent upon a comprehensive, multiple dimensional view of wellbeing. PERFORM well offers classes, programs, education and events that will enhance not only the physical, but also the social, emotional, intellectual and environmental dimensions of your wellbeing.
Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement to become stronger, flexible and more balanced for all of life’s activities. Modifications always available making these classes great for all fitness levels
Events and classes given by members of our Medical Advisory Council, staff, and community members focusing on health and wellness topics. These classes are free and open to all members of the community.
Wind up and wind down in our luxurious locker rooms featuring towel service, steam room, and sauna. Utilize our sauna to increase circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and increase your metabolism. Our steam room provides benefits such as, reducing stress, clearing congestion, lowering blood pressure, and promoting skin health.
One on one consultations with a Registered Dietitian. Review your current diet, have a personalized diet plan created for you, monitor your progress, make sure your diet is appropriate for you activity level.
In this group meditation, practicing Chopra’s signature mantra meditation, you will be guided to quieter and quieter levels of the thinking process, until you slip beyond thought to discover inner stillness–the inner stillness that has been hidden by layers of stress, fatigue, toxins, doubts, fears, and confusion. Mantra meditation, the ancient practice of repeating a word or phrase multiple times, is a technique used to create an improved state of well-being – both personally and collectively.
