Connect with your body and practice mindfulness in our low intensity, low impact classes like Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, and Lengthen & Strengthen.
Low-impact classes that take the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. With water offering natural resistance, classes such as Aqua Fit, Aqua Yoga, Aqua Hydro Jump, Aqua Zumba, and Aqua Boxing can also help to strengthen your muscles.

Our licensed massage therapists and estheticians utilize safe and effective techniques to craft an individualized massage experience to help soothe and relax tense muscles, as well as your mind.
Try Aerial Yoga, an anti-gravity, full body practice that releases tension by using aerial silks. Or try Wall Yoga, which focuses on form with a therapeutic system of straps, bars and swings to release the spine.
Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine.
