PERFORM flow offers a wide-range of classes including Yoga, Barre and Pilates as well as instructor-led programs focused on developing mindfulness and utilizing meditation practices. Allow yourself the experience of a profound sense of relaxation and peace, allowing fatigue and stressors to dissolve away.
A signature 75-minute all-levels Chopra Yoga class that incorporates Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga to help you experience greater health, joy, and peace in your life. This hatha/vinyasa hybrid class begins with a few minutes of breath work (pranayama) and chakra balancing at the end of class leads into a guided meditation. All skill levels welcome, variations will be provided.
Low-impact classes that take the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. With water offering natural resistance, these classes can also help to strengthen your muscles.
Our in-club massage suites feature Ayurvedic massage which combines 5,000-year-old Indian principles of Ayurveda-the science of life-and pressure points. This type of massage also utilizes warm herbs and oils as well as non-traditional strokes and kneading to create a balance between mind, body, and spirit.
Try Aerial Yoga, an anti-gravity, full body practice that releases tension by using aerial silks. Or try Barre which is a rigorous workout blending elements from ballet, pilates, and yoga.
Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine.
