Creating Healthy Habits in Childhood to Prevent Chronic Diseases
Creating healthy habits in childhood is essential in preventing the development of chronic disease states in adulthood. Join us as we follow one patient throughout their life to see how their social determinants and lifestyle habits molded their health as an adult. By taking part in this class, you will learn about important lifestyle modifications that can be implemented in the pediatric population that can prevent the onset of common chronic disease states such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and type 2 diabetes. This event is a free community seminar for both LNPC members and non-members!
