Full Moon Dance Medicine Workshop

Join Chopra Mind-Body Zone instructors Cait and Judy for an intuitive rhythmic evening in the Mind-Body Zone for an hour of ecstatic dance and meditation to celebrate the full moon. Learn new energy in motion techniques to cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, release tension, increase endorphins and experience the joy of moving dynamically.
All are Welcome- No Dance Experience Required.
