Reformer Pilates Workshop with Deanna
August 3rd, 11:45am-12:15pm or 12:30-1:00pm
Improve your Pilates practice by learning precision and control of the foot/ankle complex. We will combine soft ball myofascial techniques for the foot and calf areas, followed by a rotation of footwork exercises focusing on alignment on the reformer and pilates chair.
- Free for MBZ Reformer Membership or Reformer Add-On.
- $20 for LNPC members.
- Register on the Technogym app. 1 session permitted per member.
- Flex passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops.
