Ayurvedic Color Therapy

Each of the colors of the rainbow has different properties that can affect our moods and health. Color therapy, also known as “Surya Chikitsa,” is the science of natural healing through the use of color. In this workshop, you will learn how the principles of Ayurveda and color therapy can be used to support your unique constitution in balancing the mind and body.
