Acro Yoga Class

Once a month, 6:00-7:30pm on the LNPC Front Lawn with Juliana

Nov. 14th, Dec. 12th

This monthly class begins with a partner warm-up and acro game, followed by instruction on beginner acro poses. We’ll conclude the session by integrating everything into a seamless flow.

• Open to members and non-members!
• Complimentary for MBZ members.
• $20 for LNPC members and $30 f0r community members.
• Please bring your own mat.
