Introducing our One Day Wellness package!
Re-examine and recommit to your wellness plan! Our One Day Wellness package provides a chance to relax and remove any anxiety you may have about re-entering into the fitness world. You’ll be able to take the time to meet with an exercise physiologist and a registered dietitian to assess and analyze your movement and dietary needs, relax in the Chopra Mind-Body Spa with a Signature Ayurvedic massage, then leave fully re-charged with a fitness and dietary plan to guide you towards your total wellness. Whether it is your first time in a fitness facility or maybe just the first time you’ve been back in a while, this package will provide a great baseline of your body and give you insight into how to move forward with your goals.
Our exercise physiologist will walk you through a movement assessment in our DARI motion system that will allow us to see the exact movements that your body needs for your journey. The DARI motion will also allow us to identify any potentially vulnerable areas like joints or muscle groups. Once identified, a personalized exercise plan will be created to address those vulnerabilities safely on a schedule that works for you. As part of your package, you will also have a 60-minute session with one of our Dieticians. This session can be used to refine your current eating habits or implement new ones to reach whatever your diet goals may be. If you have any questions about current diet trend or the science behind your food this is the perfect time to address them!
You will also meet with a massage therapist in the Chopra Mind-Body Spa for a signature Chopra Ayurvedic massage. This massage takes techniques refined for thousands of years to naturally restore a sense of balance to your day and will serve to fully recharge your mind and body. After experiencing our One Day Wellness package, you will leave with an in depth understanding of your body and what it needs to be able to perform to the best of your ability in the safest way possible.
There is so much information out there on what diet is the best or most effective at reaching a certain goal when in reality, the best diet is the one that works for you as an individual. That individualized sustainable diet plan is the path this package places you on to make sure you are moving in the right direction.
