Allow our team of exercise physiologists and registered dietitians to curate an experience tailored to your goals. This experience includes:

  • Health and Fitness Assessment with an exercise physiologist which includes an InBody Scan, Blood Pressure reading, and Nutrition analysis.
  • Lactate testing and Metabolic mapping to determine your exact heart rate zones for optimal performance during a workout and recovery.
  • Resting Metabolic Analysis
  • Lunch provided
  • Take Home 4 Week Training Program
  • Virtual Follow-Up with Exercise Physiologist & Dietitian
