LNPC Indoor Triathlon
December 7th, Heats start at 9am
In collaboration with Orlando Orthopaedic Center
Join us at LNPC for our first ever Indoor Triathlon!
- 10 minute swim for distance in lap pool
- 20 minute bike for distance on cycle bikes
- 30 minute treadmill run for distance on 2nd floor treads
- 4 per heat, every 30 minutes.
$30/participant. Price includes the event, water, snacks, & prizes to the top 3 males & females!
