MNRI®: Genetic Motor Patterns for Maximizing Brain Functions and Well-Being
MNRI®: Genetic Motor Patterns for Maximizing Brain Functions and Well-Being
Presenter: Isabelle Renard-Fontaine, Physical Therapist, MNRI® Core Specialist and International Instructor
Time and Date: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, October 28
All humans are born with reflexes and motor patterns that provide the foundation for the creation of neurological connections, and further physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
The MNRI® / Masgutova Method® recognizes several Archetype Movements as the most global and general motor constructions, which are directly linked to reflexes, and therefore naturally support the sensory-motor integrity and neurodevelopment.
This presentation includes a theoretical and practical introduction to the Masgutova Archetype Movement Integration Program. These exercises are simple to accomplish, can be performed once to twice a week, alone or with a partner and can be used for all ages. These exercises will “naturally” address the specific body-brain needs, including reflex integration, improvement of physical strength, enhanced memory and concentration, improved spine and joint flexibility, strengthening of stress resilience, and neuroplasticity.
