We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new programs that cater to a diverse range of interests and age groups. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, an expectant mother, or a female teenager looking to explore strength training, we have something exciting in store for everyone. Join us as we take a closer look at our latest offerings – Olympic Weightlifting, Intro to Adult Swim, Prenatal Aqua & Yoga, and Girl Power: Strength and Conditioning for Female Athletes. Let’s dive right in!

  1. Olympic Weightlifting: Are you ready to unleash your inner strength and power? Under the guidance of Cory Bergman, one of our expert trainers, the EDGE Olympic Weightlifting 8 week program is designed to both introduce and reinforce proper execution of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk for both beginners and experienced lifters. This program is perfect for individuals looking to build explosive strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall athletic performance. Get ready to challenge yourself and achieve new personal records!
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12pm-1pm.
    • June 6th – August 3rd. (does not include week of July 4th)
    • LNPC Members: $288 ($18 per session)

  2. Intro to Adult Swim: If you’ve always wanted to conquer the water and learn how to swim, our Intro to Adult Swim program is the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some basic swimming skills, Yvette Class, our certified instructor, will guide you through a structured curriculum that focuses on water safety, stroke development, and building confidence in the water. With our supportive and encouraging environment, you’ll soon be gliding through the water with ease and enjoying the numerous benefits of swimming for fitness and relaxation.

  3. Prenatal Aqua & Yoga: Calling all expectant mothers! Led by Marlene & Yvette, certified and experienced prenatal instructors, our Prenatal Aqua & Yoga classes are designed to prepare your mind and body for childbirth using breathing techniques, moderate-level cardio, strengthening, stretching, and more. Engage in safe and effective exercises that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation, specifically tailored to the unique needs of pregnant women. Join our supportive community of moms-to-be as you nurture your body, bond with your baby, and prepare for the miraculous journey of motherhood.

  4. Girl Power: We believe in empowering the next generation of strong and confident young women. Our Girl Power program is designed exclusively for girls ages 8-13 and 14-18 years. Learn the foundations of strength & conditioning with a certified Fitness Coach. This program focuses on age-appropriate skills to enhance speed, strength, power, agility, and overall conditioning. Our qualified trainers will teach you proper lifting techniques, form, and safety protocols while fostering an environment that promotes body positivity, self-esteem, and teamwork. Discover the benefits of weightlifting, such as improved bone density, enhanced athletic performance, and increased self-confidence, all while having fun and forging lifelong friendships.

      • 8-13 year olds: 11:00am-12:00pm
      • 14-18 year olds: 12:00pm-1:00pm
    • Starts June 19th
    • LNPC Members: $150 ($12.50 per session)
    • Non-Members: $180 ($15 per session)

  5. The Basics of Salsa Dance: Are you ready to unleash your inner dance enthusiast and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of salsa? Look no further! This 6 week progressive program prepares you for Salsa dance outside of LNPC walls and is a fantastic way to have fun and build community. Our exhilarating class is designed to introduce you to the fundamental steps, rhythms, and infectious energy of this popular Latin dance form. All skill levels welcome and no partner or experience required!
    • Starts June 16th
    • Fridays from 6:45pm-7:45pm
    • LNPC Members: $90 for all 6 weeks ($20 per class)
    • Non-Members: $120 for all 6 weeks ($25 per class)
