DESCRIPTION:Saturday, July 13th, 4:00-5:30pm\nwith Marlene\nJoin Marlene for a power flow designed to open your shoulders and strengthen your core as we prepare your mind and body for the empowering journey into headstand. In this workshop, we will use the assistance of the aerial silks to invert. You will learn modifications and mastering the art of safely entering and exiting your inversions.\n\nFree for MBZ Members, $20 for LNPC members.\n$30 for non-members.\nMBZ & LNPC members can register on the Technogym app.\nNon-members, please call 407-216-5672 to register.\nFlex passes are not permitted for MBZ workshops. \n\nNo headstand experience necessary to attend.
