DESCRIPTION:\nDecember 18th, 4:30-6:30pm, in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone\n\n\n*Exclusively for MBZ members only.*\n\n\n \n\n\nMBZ Members are invited to come dressed in your coziest pajamas and celebrate the holidays with your fellow MBZ members, instructors and spa staff.\n\n\n4:30-5pm: Enjoy “open playtime” in the reformer studio, aerial studio, and main studio with our MBZ instructors. (sign up for your time slot on the app!)\n\n\n5-6:30pm: Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Take part in a music circle, intention setting, chair massages, and an optional white elephant gift exchange ($15 max).\n\n\nWe’ll be ending the evening with a yoga nidra/sound healing cozy combo.\n\n\n \n\n\nPlease RSVP on the LNPC app by 12/16 by 5pm.\n\n\n*This event is exclusively for MBZ members only.*\n\n
